Clear Turn Signals

Side Indicators - Clear indicators must first be purchased. I used a credit card to removal the old yellow ones. Slide the card under the front side of the indicator to push in the single tap that holds it in, pull out to remove. There are two wires attached to the back, move these to the clear indicator now so not to confuse the terminals. Then snap the new indictor back into place.
Turn Signal Assembly - Remove the assembly from the car and twist off the plastic bulb holders. Cover the end of a long flat head screwdriver with tape to prevent scratching the lens. Use the screwdriver to pry the reflector off the inside of the assembly, it is held on my a small amount of glue at the edges. The hole is too small to remove the reflector so it must first be broken into smaller pieces, wire cutters or pliers work well. When all pieces are removed, reinstall signal assembly.

Cost: $15 for side indicators, free for Turn Signal Assembly
Time: 45 min for Turn Signal Assemblies, 5 min for Side Indicators

Side Indicators

I live in the US and am required to have yellow turn signals. The bulb in the turn signal housing is untouched and remains yellow. The clear side indicators come with a yellow bulb in them so they also produce the same yellow glow as the stock indicators when lit.
